FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clear answers about the workflows.

A closer look at account management, personnel access, certificate tracking and travel records.

Can a company manage its own users?

Yes. The primary company account is presented as the HR Manager. Authorized managers administer shore staff accounts and roles; seafarer accounts are managed separately from the relevant crew profile.

Can one workspace include more than one vessel?

The company workspace contains fleets, vessel profiles, the personnel pool and vessel plans. Each user accesses only the vessels and records within their assigned scope.

Do seafarers see every company record?

No. The seafarer portal is personal. Assignments, contracts, documents and travel are shown according to that person’s access and publication conditions; shore administration permissions are not assigned to seafarer accounts.

Does recording a certificate date approve its evidence?

No. STCW, other official and company records are tracked in separate categories. Personal dates and coloured date indicators are not official verification; review and approval of company documents follow a separate workflow.

Can a ticket file be added without full flight details?

Yes. Flight entry offers document-only upload or detailed flight information. A crew member is required; other flight details are optional. The relevant seafarer receives access when file review and publication conditions are met.

Does requesting a demo create an account or purchase?

No. The form collects your company details and the subject you would like to discuss. It records an enquiry for the authorized platform team and does not create an account or initiate a purchase.
